We are a mobile auto detailing service dedicated to bringing a shine to your car in the comfort of your own driveway. Please take a moment to review our Terms of Service before scheduling your appointment. By booking an appointment with Details by Dame, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Electronic Communications:

By submitting your contact information through our website or during the booking process, you consent to receive electronic communications from Details by Dame, LLC. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Updates regarding service offerings and promotions
  • Information relevant to your detailing appointment
  • Follow-up communication to gauge satisfaction with our services

You can opt-out of receiving marketing communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in our emails or by replying “STOP” to any SMS messages you receive from us.

We will always treat your contact information with respect and will not share it with third-party entities for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Appointments & Deposits:

  • A deposit is required to confirm your appointment slot. Deposits are non-refundable, but will be applied towards the total service cost minus taxes.
  • We strive to maintain your scheduled appointment time. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will communicate any delays to you as soon as possible.
  • In the event of an emergency, your deposit will only rollover to a rescheduled appointment if you contact us within 24 hours of your original booking and the new appointment is scheduled within 14 days of the original booking or deposit will be forfeited.

Client Consent for Use of Visual Materials:

  • By booking with Details by Dame, LLC and agreeing to our Terms of Service, you grant us your non-exclusive, royalty-free right to capture photographs and/or video footage of your vehicle during the detailing process. This captured media may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, our website, social media platforms, and advertisements. You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights in and to such media shall be and remain the sole property of Details by Dame, LLC.

    Should you wish to opt-out of having your vehicle included in our marketing materials, please notify us in writing at [email protected] prior to your scheduled appointment.

Payment:

  • Payment is due in full upon completion of services. We accept various payment methods (cash, credit/debit).
  • We reserve the right to hold the vehicle’s keys from the beginning of the appointment until receiving full compensation for service.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you fail to contact us within 30 minutes of your scheduled appointment (by phone or in person), we reserve the right to keep your deposit.
  • In the event of inclement weather that we deem unsafe for detailing services (e.g., heavy rain, strong winds, extreme heat/cold), we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. Deposits will be rolled over to the rescheduled appointment, and will not be forfeited as long as the new appointment is scheduled within 14 days of the original booking.

Vehicle Accessibility:

  • If your vehicle is locked or inaccessible upon our arrival, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the detail service previously agreed upon.
  • Please remove all valuables and belongings from your vehicle before your appointment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
  • Due to liability issues, glove boxes, center consoles, or any other vehicle storage will not be detailed unless empty prior to your appointment. Please clear them out as we want to give you the full benefits of our services.

Scope of Services:

  • Our detailing services are “best effort” based and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes unless explicitly stated in your service package.
  • We are not liable for any damage caused to your vehicle by external factors beyond our control (e.g., falling tree branches, car washes, etc).
  • We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle (e.g., scratches, dents, stains, marks, etc.)
  • For paint correction services, we are not responsible for swirl marks or scratches that appear after our services. These imperfections will come back due to improper wash techniques. It only takes one visit to the car wash, or just a few improper hand washes. For this reason, we recommend our maintenance services.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • We may decline additional service requests made after your initial appointment booking due to scheduling constraints.

Changes to Terms of Service:

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the revised Terms of Service on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised Terms of Service constitutes your acceptance of the revisions. Payment & Satisfaction:

  • All payments are final.
  • We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with the service, please let us know within 24 hours of completion. We will do our best to address your concerns.
